Job Title:*Field Marketing Manager

Reports to the Director of Marketing,
· Work in conjunction with local group sales representative
· Implement marketing strategies, including radio promotions and follow-up
· Ensure the optimal coordination of all marketing efforts;
· Suggest modifications to advertising and promotional materials;
· Ensure the delivery of media material to local group sales reps and/or coordinators;
· Coordinate promotions and local events via mass media;
· Perform follow up according to marketing timetable deadlines;
· Perform the research and analysis required for developing marketing strategies;
· Analyze the effectiveness of marketing strategies;
Carry out all other duties as assigned by the Director of Marketing.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
  • At strong desire to work in the fields of advertising, marketing or brand management;
  • Advanced MS Windows, Excel, Power Point, Outlook and Experience in Project Management;
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills;
  • Good working knowledge of the Internet and of electronic marketing applications;
  • Ability to work under pressure;
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize.
