CASHIER

JOB DESCRIPTION:   UniverSoul Cashiers engage directly with customers, they are responsible for answering customer questions concerning price and food information as well as coordinating the sale of food and merchandise items. As part of the team, Cashiers set-up, breakdown the concession elements before opening and after the last show. Ensuring a clean and sanitary working environment is required.

All UniverSoul Cashiers must provide excellent customer service, including

• Accurately taking food and beverage orders

   

• Correctly tallying cost of customer orders and accepting payment

   

• Demonstrate an absolute commitment to providing 100% satisfaction in a high-energy environment

   

• Keeping a thorough record of sales

   

In this position Cashiers, must be able to transport and stock merchandise. All applicants must Individual must be able to execute effective, alert communications with customers, co-workers and be able to handle customer needs and complaints in a positive manner.

. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: CANDIDATES MUST MEET ALL OF THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS:

• Have a Clean Record, must pass background, drug/alcohol test

   

• At least a High School Diploma or GED. Must be 18 years or older

   

• Candidate MUST have flexibility in work hours and be available to work all shifts assigned

   

• Must work with accuracy using a calculator and the designated inventory system

   

• Professional overall image and appearance

   

• 1-2 years of Cashier Experience (ex: In a fast food, theater, or stadium environment)

   

• Basic proficiency to read, write and basic math, Able to manage merchandise and cash count

   

• Be able to lift, twist, bend, stretch and stand on your feet for an 8 hour shift

   

• Must have reliable transportation
